- Creating goals and milestones that reflect current and long term vision and objectives
- Leveraging data to influence decisions and getting buy-in from the business and key stakeholders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, L&D or related
- Strong analytical skills, use data to influence decisions across the various business functions and levels
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous builder mentality culture
- Effective communicator
