Job Summary

A consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Talent Management Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Evaluate talent management needs and implement associated strategies to support the development of high potential talent
  • Conduct training assessment, recommendations and implement programs to support the Consulting organization
  • Develop and administer a process which focuses on building bench strength to meet current and future business needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in a Senior Talent Management role
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate capabilities as a Leadership Coach and Performance Consultant
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into organizational development plans
  • Competency in Office 365 products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent project management skills to prioritize efforts and achieve results
