Job Summary
A consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Talent Management Manager.
Must be able to:
- Evaluate talent management needs and implement associated strategies to support the development of high potential talent
- Conduct training assessment, recommendations and implement programs to support the Consulting organization
- Develop and administer a process which focuses on building bench strength to meet current and future business needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in a Senior Talent Management role
- Ability to effectively demonstrate capabilities as a Leadership Coach and Performance Consultant
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into organizational development plans
- Competency in Office 365 products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Excellent project management skills to prioritize efforts and achieve results
