Job Summary
A healthcare staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Talent Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support new professionals from their first contact with company
- Forge trust relationships with healthcare professionals
- Spend 6-8 hour daily talking to users via phone, chat and text
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA or BS degree
- 3 years experience in a staffing environment or in a tech startup, in a user-facing role
- Cloud and collaboration tools native and comfortable with all Google products
- Ability to support the creation of a standard onboarding process
- Ability to track qualitative and quantitative data
