Job Summary
A venture fund and private equity firm is in need of a Telecommute Talent Market Researcher.
Must be able to:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify the best technical talent
- Create and maintain company and candidate target lists
- Develop research best practices and identify and/or design new search methodologies and tools
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years professional work experience
- Creative in using a variety of research tools combined with a systematic, organized approach
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Proactive, curious, and detail oriented
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive data with judgment and discretion
