A pioneer of earned wage access is seeking a Telecommute Talent Operations Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading a small team of direct reports, and own Talent Acquisition programs globally
- Overseeing and driving strategy and execution for Talent Acquisition operations
- Building scalable people processes and programs that enable rapid growth
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations or related
- 1+ year of experience supervising/managing direct reports
- Experience using data and data-driven insights to support the business by offering solutions
- Change management skills
- Actively thinks about their work with an eye toward inclusive solutions
