Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Telecommute Talent Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with hiring managers to establish hiring strategies
- Proactively managing internal relationships
- Ensuring consistency in candidate process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 years experience recruiting full-time, technical and sales employees
- 2 years corporate recruiting experience within a technology based company
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System
- Experience partnering with hiring managers outside of the hiring space
- Knowledge or understanding of employment law, AAP and EEO
- Other knowledge, skills and experience as outlined by company
