Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute Talent Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with hiring managers to establish hiring strategies
  • Proactively managing internal relationships
  • Ensuring consistency in candidate process

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3 years experience recruiting full-time, technical and sales employees
  • 2 years corporate recruiting experience within a technology based company
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers outside of the hiring space
  • Knowledge or understanding of employment law, AAP and EEO
  • Other knowledge, skills and experience as outlined by company
