Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is in need of a Telecommute Talent Practice Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing strong relationships with talent leaders
- Running convenings, site visits, and other community-building events
- Analyzing portfolio-wide data and managing benchmarking projects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Conduct in-person convenings and webinars
- Deep commitment to the organization's mission and passion for K-12 education
- 3-7 years experience in a high-performing charter school/network or district
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
