Job Summary

A provider of recruitment solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Talent Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions
• Sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and assessing high volumes of candidates
• Proactively seeking new avenues to attract candidates

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience recruiting full cycle
• Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
• Extreme sense of urgency and detailed oriented
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent customer service delivery and strong presentation skills verbal and in person
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
