Job Summary
An online computer science education company is filling a position for a Telecommute Talent Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing, engaging, and hiring talent across a variety of different teams
- Partnering with hiring managers in order to build hiring plans
- Developing and tracking measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring proces
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years experience of full-cycle recruiting
- Experience working in a high-growth startup and in high-volume recruiting roles
- Experience closing candidates of all levels up to Director +
- Experience building diverse pipelines using creative sourcing methodologies
- Experience building partnerships and managing internal stakeholders
- Experience using systems and recruiting tools such as Lever, Gem Sourcer etc
