Job Summary

A education organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Talent Recruitment Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Recruit a highly qualified and diverse pipeline of talent
• Build a deep understanding of position profiles and leverage that understanding to identify top talent across roles
• Understand and respond strategically to client team hiring needs

Required Skills:

• Travel 3 to 6 times per year required. Attendance at some weekend and evening events may be necessary
• 3 years of staffing experience at other organizations required
• You are motivated to provide great customer service – to prospects, applicants, and hiring managers
• You have set and reached ambitious goals in your current role
• You are an exceptional project manager and excel at adapting existing systems and/or creating new ones
