Job Summary
A computer recycling company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Talent Sourcer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Devising networking opportunities that produce internal and external referrals
- Sourcing passive candidates through research, networking, relationships building, cold calling, etc
- Utilizing marketing efforts that lead to a pipeline of talent for current and future needs both in the US and globally
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and using a variety of other sourcing channels and techniques
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting exceptional talent
- Experience developing and executing fully comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plans
- Understanding of different business disciplines (Sales, IT, Finance, etc)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Knowledge of ATS systems, Microsoft Office and Google Docs
