Job Summary
A large staffing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Talent Sourcer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with scientists to understand job requirements
- Conduct thorough phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the job
- Utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with diversity recruiting initiatives is a plus, but training can be provided
- 1-2 years of experience in sourcing and collaborating with a recruiter to understand hiring needs
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other sourcing tools
