A marketing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Talent Sourcer in Palo Alto.
Must be able to:
- Ensure data integrity within our applicant tracking system
- Identify potential candidates through intricate searches, sourcing tools, candidate referrals, networking, etc
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute on sourcing strategies

- Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional technical and non-technical candidates
- 2+ years of relevant sourcing experience
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
