Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Talent Sourcer in Palo Alto.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and lead projects and initiatives to increase candidate pipeline, such as onsite events and meet-ups
  • Identify potential candidates through intricate searches, sourcing tools, candidate referrals, networking, etc
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute on sourcing strategies

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Work from home Thursdays, and attend events
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional technical and non-technical candidates
