A human capital management technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Tax Compliance Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Researching tax requirements by US tax authority
- Maintaining Payroll Engine requirements
- Analyzing issues reported by the developers, QA Analysts or end users
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent 5 years of related payroll and payroll tax experience
- American Payroll Association Certification
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written
- Ability to complete detailed requirement documents for Development coding and QA use cases
- Proficient in MS Office tools; Excel, Word, and Outlook
