A company providing cloud-based accounting and tax services has an open position for a Telecommute Tax Preparer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Enter data for business tax returns
- Enter data for individual returns
- Demonstrate knowledge of tax laws
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong communication skills on the phone, in an email, and during web meetings with clients
- 5 years of tax preparation experience.
- A strong knowledge of balance sheet reconcilation, stock options, rentals
- Small business acumen
- Required credentials would be CTEC, CPA or EA
- Knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
