An IT services and consulting firm has an open position for a Telecommute Tax Registration Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying and analyzing Payroll Tax needs and requirements
- Providing SalesForce Case Management for Tax Registration Projects
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality services to clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2-4 years customer service
- Previous experience working with either TaxEx OR Workday, PeopleSoft or other ERP HR/Payroll systems/applications
- Working knowledge and language of the following business areas: Payroll and Payroll Tax
