Job Summary
An early childhood education provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Teacher Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Connect with candidates to gauge their qualifications, experience, and potential fit
- Drive top-of-funnel teacher recruitment
- Develop relationships with potential sources for candidates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years as a full-cycle recruiter
- Have mastered the fundamentals of how to run a recruitment process from end to end
- Proven performance generating a pipeline via outbound sourcing
- Strong decision-making
- Communication skills
- Experience using an ATS (we use Lever) to track candidate pipeline
