Job Summary
A digital software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Team Delivery Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting regular 1-on-1 sessions with team members and provide relevant feedback and updates
- Contributing to client success and satisfaction through direct client engagement and indirect support
- Recruiting and leading a team of elite instructors and manage utilization goals to ensure performance against plan
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 25% travel
- 4-year college degree
- 2 to 5 year in a client facing training business
- Must have experience managing a dispersed team
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to develop, influence and motivate a team to improve results
- Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
