Job Summary
A Workday services and consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Team Lead in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing progress and workload of staff engaged in multiple simultaneous projects
- Developing staff by creating and monitoring performance goals
- Creating and maintaining job descriptions, interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- B.A. in system design or HR
- 3-5 years of consulting experience
- Experience leading or managing teams
- Up to date Workday certification in HCM, Payroll or Financials and at least one other current Workday certification
- Successfully completed 5–10 projects within the Workday ecosystem
