A consulting firm is seeking a Telecommute Tech Ops Product Support Lead in Plano.

  • Assuring quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 7+ years of architecture, development and implementation experience using Microsoft Technologies
  • 3+ years’ experience managing the technical support operations for a SaaS product on .Net
  • BS degree in a field directly related to software development or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years building SQL queries and stored procedures
  • 3+ years working with Microsoft ASP.Net / C#
  • Experience working in secure environments, handling PHI data
