Job Details

An educational consultant has a current position open for a Telecommute Tech Support Representative in the Greater Charlotte Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Utilize experience in customer service

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must be able to attend training and meetings
  • Must be ready to work 2nd Shift or 3rd Shift positions and weekends
  • Generate support documentation for our customer facing and internal knowledge bases
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to communicate clearly in writing and speaking with both technical and non-technical people
  • Must have worked in a technical support role
