Job Summary
An educational consultant has a current position open for a Telecommute Tech Support Representative in the Greater Charlotte Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers
- Utilize experience in customer service
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to attend training and meetings
- Must be ready to work 2nd Shift or 3rd Shift positions and weekends
- Generate support documentation for our customer facing and internal knowledge bases
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to communicate clearly in writing and speaking with both technical and non-technical people
- Must have worked in a technical support role
