Job Summary

An eCommerce tool company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Account Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Manage partners post-sales through launch, and beyond
  • Act as a point person for customer projects, as well as being an escalation point

Qualifications Include:

  • Some moderate travel is required – expect quarterly as a baseline
  • Comfortable with a high volume of communication and switching tasks at a moment’s notice
