Job Summary

A software solutions company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing data ecosystem to ensure client trusts data and understands data opportunities
  • Escalating issues as necessary if milestones are not met
  • Assisting sales team with pre-sales technical requirements as necessary

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Moderate travel to customer sites
  • SQL (MySQL preferred)
  • Data analysis using tools such as Excel or Stata
