A cybersecurity software company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Account Manager.

- Advising customers on how to maximize the use of the product
- Tracking progress and reporting status internally
- Championing and advocating for the customer's requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Availability to travel to customer sites (10-15% travel)
- 8+ years of experience in customer advocacy in a post-sale or professional services capacity
- Experience in a SaaS environment
