Job Summary

A cybersecurity software company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Advising customers on how to maximize the use of the product
  • Tracking progress and reporting status internally
  • Championing and advocating for the customer's requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Availability to travel to customer sites (10-15% travel)
  • 8+ years of experience in customer advocacy in a post-sale or professional services capacity
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Customer lifecycle management experience from inception through all lifecycle stages
