Job Summary
A mobile network provider company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the technical relationship with named customers
- Managing the resolution of complex technical issues
- Coordinating customer-facing technical communications
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel 15-25%
- BA or BS degree preferably in Business, MIS or Technical field, or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing technical services or project management role
- Direct experience managing systems implementations in clinical environments
- Experience managing customer relationships through all phases of the system implementation lifecycle
- Proficient at effectively managing cross-functional and cross-vendor teams
