Job Summary

A mobile network provider company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the technical relationship with named customers
  • Managing the resolution of complex technical issues
  • Coordinating customer-facing technical communications

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel 15-25%
  • BA or BS degree preferably in Business, MIS or Technical field, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing technical services or project management role
  • Direct experience managing systems implementations in clinical environments
  • Experience managing customer relationships through all phases of the system implementation lifecycle
  • Proficient at effectively managing cross-functional and cross-vendor teams
