  • Providing account management and technical support

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Available for late shift/on-call services as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce TeleStaff
  • Understanding of computer system applications and relational databases
