Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging with customer support as a customer advocate
- Serving as a trusted advisor
- Building and maintaining post launch relationships with company's customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Willingness to travel based on customer and business needs
- Advanced program management skills
- Direct customer advocacy and engagement experience
- 5+ years of experience in a related function is required
- Demonstrated knowledge of software/server development
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
