Job Summary

A content delivery network provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining Customer Runbooks
  • Posting sales implementation of Fastly products
  • Developing technical relationships with customers

Position Requirements Include:

  • Capable and willing to travel for customer meetings as necessary
  • A background of successful large technical project implementation
  • Understanding of networking
  • 5 + years Pre-Sales or Post-Sales experience
  • Understanding of HTTP/s, TCP, TLS, DNS
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and scripting languages/tools
