Job Summary
A content delivery network provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining Customer Runbooks
- Posting sales implementation of Fastly products
- Developing technical relationships with customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Capable and willing to travel for customer meetings as necessary
- A background of successful large technical project implementation
- Understanding of networking
- 5 + years Pre-Sales or Post-Sales experience
- Understanding of HTTP/s, TCP, TLS, DNS
- Hands-on experience with Linux and scripting languages/tools
