A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring constant communication with customers
- Establishing business value for customers
- Being responsible for customer’s renewal and expansion
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Master’s or Bachelor’s level degree in Computer Science or another quantitative field
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience handling enterprise customers
- Strong desire to tackle hard technical problems
- Prior Experience working on one or more Cloud computing platforms and/or in Unix environment
- Prior experience administering/interacting with an API management platform(s)
