Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring constant communication with customers
  • Establishing business value for customers
  • Being responsible for customer’s renewal and expansion

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s level degree in Computer Science or another quantitative field
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience handling enterprise customers
  • Strong desire to tackle hard technical problems
  • Prior Experience working on one or more Cloud computing platforms and/or in Unix environment
  • Prior experience administering/interacting with an API management platform(s)
