Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and owning the end-to-end customer’s support experience
  • Leveraging your deep knowledge of the product and the customer’s business operations to provide technical insights and tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep partnership with the customer and their company’s key stakeholders

Qualifications Include:

  • Strong background in Linux/Unix administration
  • Experience in database query languages such as SQL and GraphQL
  • Experience in troubleshooting API and various types of integrations is necessary
  • Programming experience in one or more of the following languages: Python, PHP, JavaScript, React
  • Strong familiarity with using CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce
