Job Summary
A cloud infrastructure and visualization solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Account Manager in Columbus.
Must be able to:
- Be a customer advocate; world class customer liaison
- Map solutions to the customer’s unique business and technical requirements
- Provide project leadership, coordination and architectural guidance for the customer;s initiative
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to be on site with customer 3-4 days/week
- Demonstrated ability and experience in customer-facing positions as a technology consultant
- Must meet technical experience requirements listed by company
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Business acumen and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence change at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing client demands
