Job Summary

A computer software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Account Manager in Denver.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with Customer Success teams to provide customers with frequent check-ins and business reviews
  • Working with customers at a high level to ensure that they are making the most effective and appropriate use of company products
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through an exceptional support experience

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel is not typically expected to exceed 10%
  • Experience with slack, JIRA, Salesforce, Confluence and other collaboration toolsets
  • Previous experience with a few of the following domains: NET, Java, REST API, HTML, JavaScript
  • 7+ Years' experience in customer technical support role ideally supporting web applications
  • Experience with managing customer interactions and relationships
  • Strong presentation skills to customer executives at VP, CIO, CTO level
