Job Summary

A global technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Advisor in Eugene.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing guidance, knowledge, and demonstrate real passion for technology
  • Analyzing, isolating and resolving a variety of complex technical issues, and comfortably navigate a technical environment
  • Providing an incredible customer experience explaining step by step solutions with patience and a tailored approach

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC or Mac experience
  • Real passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution
  • Able to research and grasp technical information across multiple tools while talking with customers
  • Able to meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM in conversation with customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Student must be enrolled at a participating university
