Job Summary
A mass media corporation needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical and Executive Associate Sourcer.
Must be able to:
- Identify and engage potential candidates with compelling, personalized messaging
- Drive a process driven research-based sourcing approach
- Infuse your work with an eye toward identifying unique and diverse talent
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience for technical or executive roles
- Experience with a team first approach - you know that good ideas can come from anyone
- Awareness of current, trending, and new sourcing tools and platforms
- The ability to search without tools, utilizing techniques such as X-Ray Search, Open-source web search, PDF Search, and more
- Familiarity with boolean logic and the requirements of different search engines, including LinkedIn Recruiter, and any ATS experience
