Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Architect.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Articulating the architectural vision to clients, sponsors and stakeholders
- Validating clients roadmap against current or expected features
- Conceptualizing and experimenting with alternative architectural approaches
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years programming experience
- Experience building major 3rd party systems integrations
- Experience in identifying and implementing performance optimizations, understanding scalability concepts
- In-depth knowledge of web-application security vulnerabilities and how to avoid them
- Strong database architecture skills, MySQL knowledge, and experience interacting with database systems through abstraction layer
- Proficient Linux user
