Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Assistance Concierge Ambassador in Cary.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to and working on requests for service
  • Installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365
  • Providing phone and remote troubleshooting support

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud based application suites such as Microsoft Office 365 or AWS in a PC or Mac environment
  • Demonstrated experience in administration of Microsoft Office 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, Yammer, OneDrive for Business), including DNS requirements and user mastery scenarios
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desktop administration experience
  • Knowledge of concepts and best practices related to call center methodologies
  • A+, Network+, or MCP certification
