Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Assistance Concierge Ambassador in Cary.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to and working on requests for service
- Installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365
- Providing phone and remote troubleshooting support
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with cloud based application suites such as Microsoft Office 365 or AWS in a PC or Mac environment
- Demonstrated experience in administration of Microsoft Office 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, Yammer, OneDrive for Business), including DNS requirements and user mastery scenarios
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desktop administration experience
- Knowledge of concepts and best practices related to call center methodologies
- A+, Network+, or MCP certification
