Job Summary

A nonprofit company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Assistance Specialist II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing improvements to software testing procedures
  • Providing daily phone, email, and web-based support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participating in software testing to ensure quality performance and timely release of the software programs

Qualifications Include:

  • 2 years of related experience preferably within a cancer registry.
  • Knowledge of national and state cancer registry practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of health information management systems
