Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Business Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Gather requirements and understand current state of sales systems / platforms
- Make recommendations based on existing and new platforms/tools
- Help build/implement/rollout the end environment
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of experience as a technical business analyst, technical project manager or SME
- Experience working with sales technology platforms including implementation and integration
- Strong understanding of sales platforms/tools
- Understanding of telephony systems in a sales environment
- Proven ability manage project timelines and communicate with stakeholders
- Able to quickly build relationships, elicit requirements, and effectively communicate with business users
