Job Summary

A technology solutions provider has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Client Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients
  • Collaborating with clients to identify business challenges
  • Managing client satisfaction ensuring a high level of customer experience

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • This role will travel 10% of the time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in account management
  • Proven ability to collaborate with others (internal or external)
  • Excellent written, verbal and persuasive communication skills as well as presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology
