Job Summary

A consumer transaction technology company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Consultant II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing day-to-day support for clients
  • Providing incident management support
  • Acting as SME for account being supported

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Technical degree in Computer science or higher level of IT knowledge with experience in some OF
  • Data Center and Network Center products support, General IT HW/SW installation and maintenance
  • Understanding of the end to end processes that underpin quality customer service
  • Ability to provide technical support and incident management support
  • Ability to spend 10-20% of time on training other agents
