Job Summary
A consumer transaction technology company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Consultant II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing day-to-day support for clients
- Providing incident management support
- Acting as SME for account being supported
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Technical degree in Computer science or higher level of IT knowledge with experience in some OF
- Data Center and Network Center products support, General IT HW/SW installation and maintenance
- Understanding of the end to end processes that underpin quality customer service
- Ability to provide technical support and incident management support
- Ability to spend 10-20% of time on training other agents
