Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead educational content projects
- Provide clear timelines through all phases
- Manage the development of instructional materials
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years in a technical writing role, producing both internal and public-facing content on highly technical subject matter
- High-level understanding of networking, software development, and different programming languages
- Experience working directly with engineers and other technical subject matter experts
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts and processes using clear, simple language and visuals
- Experience conducting quality analysis reviews of online instructional materials
