Job Summary
A global business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Customer Service Engineer III.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform routine services to ensure equipment availability to client site users
- Provide accurate and timely monthly reporting of activities
- Provide appropriate communication, support, and interface to on-site client base
Position Requirements Include:
- Possesses reliable, dependable transportation
- Successful completion of EL CSE test battery including Ishihara Color Vision test
- Basic understanding of network printing, job creation, and submission
- PC skills in MS Office applications, Internet navigation
- Effective interpersonal skills and behaviors
- Specialized courses from recognized universities with 2/3 years of academic years
