Job Summary

A business services company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Answer Customer Service phone line, appropriately manages the call, document's progress notes in the file as applicable
  • Escalate to themselves and completes the audit at the insured's request
  • Manage inventory escalated to themselves to meet customer time service and quality requirements

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience working in commercial lines (Property & Casualty) insurance
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Basic working knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping practices
  • Effective diplomatic oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer and typing skills
