Job Summary
A business services company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Answer Customer Service phone line, appropriately manages the call, document's progress notes in the file as applicable
- Escalate to themselves and completes the audit at the insured's request
- Manage inventory escalated to themselves to meet customer time service and quality requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience working in commercial lines (Property & Casualty) insurance
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic working knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping practices
- Effective diplomatic oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer and typing skills
