Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Customer Success and Support Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Being in touch on a daily basis with existing and new customers
- Ensuring the customers' successful usage of the product through their customer lifecycle
