Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Customer Success and Support Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Being in touch on a daily basis with existing and new customers
  • Ensuring the customers' successful usage of the product through their customer lifecycle
  • Ensuring that all customers are fully utilizing the product and achieving success
