Job Summary
An eCommerce business is seeking a Telecommute Technical Customer Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Combining technical expertise with customer service to resolve questions and issues
- Communicating clearly in writing to both technical and non-technical people
- Documenting and building new tools to improve support flows
Position Requirements Include:
- Availability to work shifts covering US time zones hours PST, CST, EST (9am-5pm)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
- 2+ Years experience in a similar role at another SaaS company
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- English fluency (written and spoken)
- Background in the software industry
