Job Summary

An eCommerce business is seeking a Telecommute Technical Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Combining technical expertise with customer service to resolve questions and issues
  • Communicating clearly in writing to both technical and non-technical people
  • Documenting and building new tools to improve support flows

Position Requirements Include:

  • Availability to work shifts covering US time zones hours PST, CST, EST (9am-5pm)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • 2+ Years experience in a similar role at another SaaS company
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • English fluency (written and spoken)
  • Background in the software industry
