A content and training development company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Editor in Bellevue.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Reviewing content for organization, flow, completeness, grammar, usage, spelling, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines
- Performing various levels of editing i
- Collaborating with lead editor and project managers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 years of senior-level editing experience
- Experience with the Microsoft Writing Style Guide
- Knowledge and understanding of Word templates and the ability to apply styles
- Superior technical editing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to recognize and escalate organizational issues with documents
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office software
