Job Summary
An insurance solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Education Manager in Charlotte.
Must be able to:
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Design and develop training programs/curricula for continuing education credit
- Conduct training seminars, classes, and webinars to property adjusters nationwide
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 50% travel required
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- 10+ years of proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle
- Proficiency in MS Office (notably PowerPoint) and Prezi applications
