Job Summary

An information technology and professional services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Technical Functional Tester.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reporting bugs and errors to development teams
  • Helping troubleshoot issues
  • Creating logs to document testing phases and defects

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience in quality assurance and quality control methodologies
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a quality control tester
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Working knowledge of test management software, such as JIRA, TestRail and SQL
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and various types of testing, such as smoke, regression, and end-to-end functional testing
