Job Summary
A woman-owned small business (WOSB) dedicated to high-impact international development is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Graphic Design Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Provide back-stop for a range of graphic design services and can be available on relatively short notice
- Design and develop publications, infographics, charts, maps, and other visual content for a range of uses
- Determine the best way to present data, tell stories, and convey messages to different audiences
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Fluency with data visualization software such as Tableau, Quikview, and other business intelligence tools
- Comfortable working in MS Word and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated interest and experience in USAID and/or international development programs
- Demonstrated success in planning and implementing data visualization projects from start to finish
